1. Small language usage is limited

Small languages are only official languages in some countries. Some even used in just one country, such as Japanese. Therefore, the scope of application is limited, the market demand is limited, and naturally it will not be widely popularized.
2. Small language education resources are limited
just universities can offer Small courses. and there are only 20-30 students in a small language class. The number is not much. but the employment is very popular. After graduation, most of them have entered the national ministries and commissions, Xinhua News Agency, universities, state-owned enterprises, foreign companies, and expatriates. The number of part-time foreign language translators or teachers is small. Therefore, the teaching resources are limited, the educational resources are limited, and some places have no where to studies even with money.
3. Small language is harder to learn than English
English is a difficult school to learn, 26 letters exchanged back and forth for life time bust still unclear. It is true that English can learn well. When I was traveling to Thailand, I could freely communicate in English on the roadside and sell my own products. A hotel security guard can answer questions when asking for directions. The taxi driver is also good at English, and will not send the wrong place anyway. So the English penetration rate in Thailand is indeed much better than ours. A Chinese-speaking person in China will never do the above work. Even the average company has a lot of English.
4. Small language translation is difficult
Many people think that learning a foreign language can be used for translation work. In fact, this is a simple understanding of translation. Translation is a complex professional work involving professional foreign languages, business knowledge and mother tongue expression. Therefore, an excellent small language translator is not only required to master excellent foreign and Chinese skills, but also to translate the industry knowledge of documents. that requires a good accumulation and understanding. In the face of a client’s professional manuscript, such as translating a Chinese business contract into Arabic, you need to have a good grasp of Chinese and Arabic, and have an understanding of the legal, contract and related trade expertise. Only then you can make sure the translation of the contract is accurate and authentic, and professional translators in this area must have a background in studying abroad and have a deep understanding of the culture and related expertise of both countries. Moreover, the small language is not as good as the English information. It is difficult to find information and has few resources, so it is difficult to improve.
